Pregnancy Without Tears: Is It Possible To Give Birth Without Pain? TRUE STORY.. by Knetpro(m): 8:29am On May 21, 2023
It is the general belief that there is no pain that comes close to the pain a pregnant woman goes through at childbirth.

They are probably right.

But, come to think of it...

Is it possible to give birth without pain?

OR, put differently...

What is the best way to give birth without pain?

Quite frankly, pain is a natural part of the childbirth process.

According to scientists, no one can eliminate pain completely during child delivery.

However, the degree of pain can be controlled or minimized by doing 2 simple things before your date of delivery.

To buttress this, here is the true life story of Mrs. Caroline Nma, a healthcare practitioner.

TRUE LIFE STORY OF MRS. CAROLINE NMA, A HEALTHCARE PRACTITIONER

Mrs. Caroline Nma is a registered nurse / midwife and currently lecturing in a School of Nursing in the Southeast of Nigeria.

She got married back in 2016 and she is a mother of two lovely children – a boy (four years old) and a girl (two years old).

Mrs. Nma was once a first time expectant Mom, perhaps as you are right now – very excited to have gotten pregnant a few months after her wedding.

However, she had a first-hand experience of childbirth trauma during her first childbirth that lasted for almost a year after. According to her, it is not something that she would wish for any woman to experience.

As she narrated in her new book, giving birth to her first child was a hellish experience.

Like any pregnant Mom normally would feel as her EDD approaches, she was both wishing that the cup would pass over her and at the same time so scared of the painful obvious that she had no idea how to escape.

After all, no one likes pain; and she had heard many frightening stories about pregnancy and childbirth like you probably have done; stories of lost, injuries and pains.

So, it is to be expected that she was almost scared to death of her delivery date.

Not knowing what else to do, she started intensive prayers and kept praying until delivery day, even while in the labor room.

However, despite her many prayers, her worse fears finally came to pass.

She suffered the worse pain ever as she was given several episiotomy cuts that left her in anguish and pains.

Mrs. Nma had a 3rd degree episiotomy cut, and for months, she was in pains.

It was so painful urinating let alone talking of making love with he husband. It was that bad!

And it took up to six months before she could feel herself again.

Of course, she could not make love with her husband for that long.

She even would have lost her boy due to stress of protracted labor pushes.

Thereafter, she vowed that she was never going to conceive again because she felt God doesn't answer prayers.

All these happened to her despite being a nurse / midwife.

So what we are talking about doesn't respect certificates.

By the way, an episiotomy is "a cut (incision) made in the tissue between the vaginal opening and the anus during childbirth. This area is called the perineum. Although an episiotomy was once a routine part of childbirth, that's no longer the case."

Research upon research revealed there was no cure to the challenge.

And that was how she and her husband began researching further to see if there was any way to prevent the problem.

The only thing they found people were doing at the time in a bid to preventing the problem was to engage in perineal massage.

But, unfortunately many still get injuries at childbirth after doing perineal massage. So, it was obvious that perineal massage wasn't just the solution – more was lacking.

According to her, all that perineal massage tries to do is to help widen the pelvic so that the baby can have easy passage.

But, just that was never enough. So they went into more in-depth research.

And, after over a year of intensive research, they discovered 2 simple things that any pregnant woman can do at home before delivery which can help you enjoy the joy of childbirth without life/marriage threatening injuries.

It was these 2 simple things that she did during her second childbirth that helped her have the safe delivery of her daughter without episiotomy cuts even when her girl weighed more than her boy in that first pregnancy which almost left her with depression.

Would you love to know these 2 simple but CRUCIAL things that you must do to eliminate every chance of childbirth injuries...

And deliver your baby in good health and condition for both mother and child?

If so...
