This is not about prenups (which are just glorified tissue papers by the way. All a woman needs is to tell the judge that she signed the prenup under duress or in a poor mental state and it will be trashed) nor having kids from her. Men are unpredictable when they "commit" to women and it comes with its own brand of stupidity.

Knowing this as a possibility you provide her with a paid lawyer that works for her to go over the prenup with her. This is how you avoid the duress part which is indeed a thing,
