No no no no, I will have to disagree with Asari on this one. The dirtiness capital of the world should be Aba in Abia state, believe me, no other city comes close but there’s this cultural shock I had the first day I entered Anambra through Delta, their men have this penchant for shamelessly bringing out their pipes and urinating on every available space; you will see them urinating and defecating inside the ditch separating the two big expressways openly and in broad daylight; same as their women but the men were more shameless.
