A couple of years ago, in 2021, after the lockdown, I became depressed. Before becoming depressed, I wasn't doing anything productive. Waking up in the morning, eating, watching movies, and sleeping were my routines. Not to mention, I was also failing my classes as a student at OAU. I had no motivation, drive, or ambition.

Several months passed, and my depression only grew to the point where I no longer wanted to eat, read, go to class, or do anything else, and I even considered suicide. Unable to do it, I decided to ask God to do it himself. Every night before I slept, I would ask God to just take me away before I woke up, and every time I woke up the next morning, I felt disappointed.

Then one afternoon, while on my bed in school, lost in thought, I got a call from my mother, whom I had been ignoring for weeks. Reluctantly, I picked up the call. She sounded very worried, almost crying, as she asked me if I was doing okay and told me the terrible dream she had about me. Immediately after she said that, I started crying profusely. I told her everything that was going on. We talked for quite a while and prayed together, and she suggested I take a break from my studies, travel down to Ibadan to speak with my pastor, and spend time with my brothers and friends.

While I was at home hanging out with my brothers, feeling a lot better, I stumbled upon a video on Tiktok that talked about high-income skills you can use to start making money online with just your phone. One of the skills that caught my attention was affiliate marketing. Interested, I downloaded over 30 YouTube videos, read over 5 books, and joined several Facebook groups. After 5 months of implementing all that I've learned with no results, I was about to give up until a member of one of the Facebook groups I joined sent the link to a video. I watched the video and decided to try it one more time. Within two months of implementation, I made my first sale. I was shocked and overjoyed, afraid that it was only luck or a one-time thing. I increased my focus, and then I made a second sale, and a third, and a fourth, and soon I realized that it wasn't a fluke.

Fast forward to 2023, in my final year, and I've made over six figures from affiliate marketing with just my phone. I bought myself a new phone, changed my wardrobe, and gained confidence like never before—all just from a link to a 32-minute video that transformed my life.
