A nairaland user asked me this question. What is the true definition of God? God is exclusively God, both in His Being and in His activity. He does what He does, because He is who He is. God is the I AM who I AM(Exodus 3:14). His primary function is to act as the God that He is. He never acts "out of character. For His activity is always in accord with His character of who He is. Keep in mind who and what God is; God has been sole existing. He is the beginning without end. That is why He is called "The One And Only Self Existing Being. God main intention is to reveal Himself to creation (John 17:3-6) even though He has a grand plan to reproduce himself through man. PRE - HISTORIC ANGELS. God created the angrls with minds capable of thinking, reasoning, making choices and decisions with self-will. He revealed plainly to them His true and righteous way. But God allowed them free moral agency in accepting God's right way, or turning to contrary ways of their own peril. This moral agency and free will of choice now lead to pride, disobedience and rebellion. In order for God - Christ to restore His God's government over the creation, He would need with and under him a qualified and organized personnel of God beings - all having rejected Satan's false way and having proved their loyalty to the government and righteous ways of God. This is one of the main reason why God allowed we humans on earth to be tested through severe trials lead to discipline (James 1:2-4,12) 1 Like |

God Is Not Looking For A Gift - He is looking for character. The super important quality that even God's creative power could not create instantly by fiat is the same perfect, holy, righteous character inherent in God. Bear in mind that, holy Godly character must be developed, by the choice and the intent of the one in whom it comes to exist (Gal 5:22) I repeat; such perfect holy character must be developed. It requires the free choice and decision of the separate entity in whom it is to be created. But further, even then it must be instilled by and from the Holy God who, only has such holy righteous character to endow. Perfect, holy and righteous character is the ability in such separate entity to come to discern the true and right way from the false, to make voluntarily a full and unconditional surrender to God and His perfect ways. The entity must - to yield to be conquered by God- to determine even against temptation or self-desire, to live and to do that which is right. Holy Character Is The Gift Of God. It comes by yielding to God to instill his law (God's right way of life) within the entity who decides and wills. Actually, this perfect character comes only from God, as instilled within the entity of his creation, even after severe trial and test. (James 1:2-4,12) (Gal 5:22) God Holy Righteous Character and Love is the supreme pinnacle means in God's overall PURPOSE for creation. |
