This Turkey's just concluded election results. The constitution requires 50 % to win. The leading candidate scored 49.52% yet their electoral body called for a runoff within two weeks.

The incumbent President who scored the 49.52% agreed. If it was in my country Nigeria INEC would have interpret the law for Nigerian & announced winner by 4am Walk away, the Presidential candidate will hire 80 SANS and run to the supreme court to claim that 49.52% is equal to 50% and his supporters/ tribemen will see opposition as bitter follows.

Nigeria is an impossible enclave with a long way to go. Now the argument has shifted to 'and' in our constitution and electoral requirements. Over 200 million Nigerians suddenly couldn't interpret 'and' as it concerns the FCT because of pervasive corruption What a shame!

lol in Nigeria the president and his paid CJN and lawyers would say 49.5 is same thing as 50 because when you round off the 45.5 to the nearest 10, it becomes 50

50% of votes is a clear statement not the tactical and ambiguous 25 % of states and FCT which is not a state, but given the status of a state during election,

Some humans made it unreasonable country

Nigerians migrate to so called sane countries today because these countries are doing well, economically attractive, and so on.

Why because these countries have worked hard to make it so, including hounding and hacking down erring citizens who would have made their countries shitholes if they left them to fester, thrive or were placed on pedestal like it's done in Nigeria for many centuries.

For gawd sake, Queens and Kings were not left out. History has it that even some erring kings and queens were also executed . So you can imagine that.
