The older generation of Nigeria are usually tribalistic, just as the older generation of the western world are racist.
If you’d observe, youths are getting wiser and better. You’d observe unity in diversity among the youths than in older Nigerians. This is too bad, considering we look up to elders like this in the society.

If you’re religious, whether Christian or Muslim, you’d understand that the holy book talks about love. Let me use the 10 commandment as an example:
1 if you love your God, you shall have no other God beside Him or create an earthly image of him
2. If you love your parents, you would honor them
3 if you love your neighbors or brothers, you would not kill, steal or take his property.
These Holy books are all based on love for humanity and it doesn’t matter how much you study and pray, you will not enter heaven if the burden of hatred lies in your heart. Read 1John 1:4
