It is not uncharacteristic of the Bible not to ascribe names. This scripture is not the only one where names are not given in the Bible. The Groom and Bride were not important in this account ... it was Christ's turning of the water into wine (his first public miracle) that was the main focus of this account.

Nothing in the scripture points to Jesus as the Bridegroom ....... only your 'suspicious' mind playing tricks on you

A respect and obedient  follower has to do with his master’s culture as well as espousal  teachings in which the master had laid it down and instructed those behind him to based their lives upon, my point here is Jesus never marry up to today, why Christians don’t live up to that part as well? I intend not to ersatz or detriment one’s belief just for the seeks of knowledge.

When God made man he Said 'be fruitful and multiply' that's permission to get married in my opinion.
Jesus on the other hand came for a purpose: to die for sins and reconcile man n God.
Basically I'm saying it really depends on what purpose you were made for. Getting married is a choice, Christians have not been forced to get married neither have we been forced not to.
If you can't handle marriage then remain happily single and serve your God, if you can then fine.

God works with principles, Jesus had a special assignment on earth. Jesus was the 'second Adam' and an incorruptible seed to introduce a new life and kingdom values.

we that were born of a corrupted seed (Adam and Eve) were given that command to continue in the process of reproduction. For God's purpose oh! not for our pleasure.
