You have a point, but as it pertains to nigeria, I doubt if all the dollars in d world can win someone the presidential election. State/local govt election, yes, but certainly not d presidential elections.

There are 'certain factors' that come first before the dollars, eg d unity of the country.

As we speak now, any northerner in alaigbo (no matter the age or gender) is an endangered specie whose life can be snatched at any moment.
