Oluremi Tinubu, the wife of Nigeria's president-elect Bola Asiwaju Tinubu, said she would be one of the oldest first ladies the country has ever produced. She said this Sunday during an interdenominational service at the National Christian Center in Abuja during the presidential inauguration.

Additionally, Lagos Central Senate constituency Senator Oluremi said her husband is 71 years old. Following her husband's victory in her February 25 presidential election, she expressed her gratitude to God.

"We didn't believe this could happen, but thank God for giving us hope," she said. "Asiwaju is 71, and I will be 63. I will be one of the oldest first ladies in Nigeria’s history. It is necessary to do what is being done."
