It takes a great leader to allow for peaceful transition of power. Former President Muhammadu Buhari is an upstanding citizen and God will bless and reward him for allowing democracy to continue to progress forward peacefully in our dear country Nigeria.

But it's better than fiefdom often borne out of monarchism.

The ones with monarchism have developed far better than the democracy Countries.

This is to inform everyone that henceforth I've renounced my membership of obidient gang as I want to join the progressive Nigerians to forge Nigeria ahead. There's no need for erhnic fighting . Either we like it or not Tinibu's portrait will adorn our walls and there's nothing we can do about it. We can only pray for him to succeed because his success will positively affect everyone. Let's stop wishing and waiting for his failure. If God say Obi will rule, it will surely come to pass. I am no longer also relying on all these pastors prophesying, they have misled many of us and created unnecessary hatred with all their fake prophesies.

Hahahahahaha,
Don't retrace ur locus after supreme court pronounces the real winner.

This is what differentiates democracy from any other forms of government.

That sentimental attachment takes something beyond the ordinary to break.

Would the world have rediscovered democracy had George Washington opt to be king during the declaration of Independence?

"I will not defeat king George III to become king George I" he might have said.

The world indeed owes a lot to men of such repute who were not carried away by the transient allures of power.
Africa leader would have preferred a kingship just to make sure only his lineage hold the throne, greed n corruption

That's true but not limited to Africa, around the same time was french revolution and if we look carefully at the condition that brought about the discovery and emigration of the founding fathers to the new world, his choice won't be far from what the time demands for.

The ethos of liberty is to be free from the diverse burdens the emigrants were used to back in their homelands, the Protestants, the Jews, the Quakers and so on that came with the Abella and other fleets. They wanted to do away with the oppression that pushed them out.

If they had settled for monarchism, they would have disintegrated into different sets of countries in continental America to be colonized and ruled by the crown and also they would be at each other's throats as neighbors, as common with man, because it won't have survived as a United States.

The fate of the world as we have it today would have been different. The choice of America inspired French revolution, hence the statue of liberty came from France.

In the same vein, the freedom of choice extended to commerce and we have the capitalist economy flowering from the United States, Karl Marx works were reactions to this. Leading to the Russian revolution much later in the 19th century.

Nigeria will be Great again in our lifetime.

We wish they can be like you.

Can you just stop the hypocrisy and the eye service. Please have conscience and just try and maintain some silence. You market Buhari to us and see the disaster, now the same nonsense you guys did in Buhari's time by insulting riling the opposition thereby creating resentment is the same nonsense you people are doing all over again.

This man is so power drunk that all he wanted was just to taste that seat. At least his kinsmen would no longer hold the rest of the country to Ransome for not letting their messiah to rule. So finally what has he messiahed?
