Late Yaradua had a terminal illness that had no cure. Buhari's was not terminal and could be managed by the best doctors in the world. Buhari took advantage of the presidency and is alive today.

Are you telling us that a Buhari, as a private citizen could have afforded a one-month stay at the best private hospital in London a free presidential Jet?
