No they didn't run for President, but they ably represent a cross-section of the people who have nothing else to say about TInubu other than "drug baron" which in itself hypocrisy.......you know, I know , we all know without pretending which cross-section we are talking about, so continue to blow grammar ...he go soon clear for your eyes.

The simple point of my message is that you should remove the log in your eyes before trying to remove the speck from the eyes of others

Wow! So those people in those reports you posted ran for president?
Or are you just being a CRUDE AND PRIMITIVE TRIBALISTIC DEMAGOGUE?!

Show me first the WAEC result he take enter UNN or just keep quiet, that is the point......you assume everyone is just defending TInubu anyhow.... you lots are the ones deifying PO and we are telling you he is not a saint just like the rest of them including Tinubu. The easist way to parry away a valid point is to start comparing with TInubu.....okay I agree say TInubu na Amoda Ogunlere... but you give me the evidence I have asked for about Obi or you can explain to us why he did GCE two years after leaving UNI and still managed to gather four F9s

So you don’t think there’s any difference between PRIVATE citizens and the PRESIDENT?!
If PRIVATE individuals are criminals and drug-dealers, it’s okay for the PRESIDENT to be one as well (allegedly)?!

It is easy to shout drug baron on Nairaland and Twitter until you stand in that pit—in court, reflecting on the oath you just took—as your cognizance and reality slowly set in and it dawns on you that it might be from here to prison; only then will you reflect on Tinubu's drug case.

Case has been concluded and he’s already been penalized…
He cannot plead immunity after the case has been finalized.

His US criminal Justice record will live with him FOREVER!

Mr Okutepa is a Mumu! Just because Tinubu pronounced Shetima as his deputy on a certain date doesn't mean it takes effect on that date! The Mumu should know that it is only when an official acceptance is made that it is official. An official acceptance doesn't mean a verbal acceptance. It means the date he officially signed the forms tendered by the APC for such position.

What is a "formal clearance report grin grin grin is that a document recognised by the government of the United States as document that nolifies a previous conviction grin?
Or is it a document lobbied by Tinubu from the US consul in Lagos before he contested the election?

Well we will know whether this clearance certificate has the seal of the US supreme Court. We will see whether Tinubu actually appealed the conviction and was cleared by a competent US court.

Hopeless people grin grin

this is why tinubu's apc hate Obi so much that they are bringing his tribe into this matter.
instead of insults and name calling they should use most of the energy by going to prove themselves in court because going to court is one of Peter Obi's business
You should be more concerned about the personality of the person ruling you than the tribe or the nationality of the testifier. How someone can support a person with quastionable character to rule over him beat my imagination.

Without prejudice to the case itself…
(not really bothered enough to read the details).

A BINDING acceptance can be verbal or written. That’s Contracts 101!

No big deal... The court just wants the Obi lawyers to exhaust all their options and stretch their capacity... That's all.... All formalities...

Tinubu will still win....

Why was he fined with such a whooping sum then, if acual he had been cleared of any guilt?

The fact is clear enough, he was/is a drug adict, this alone had disqualified him

Honestly you are very funny you expect the drug lord and the most corrupt politicians in the history of Nigeria aka your president to sanitize the judiciary. The truth is that we all know the truth stop acting blind to the reality on ground. All you BATs supporters get ready for the worst, buhari came and destroy the economy. Guess you know how much is a liter of fuel now, wanna ask u if there is any special price for BATs supporters we are all in together. You guys think it is one state he is controlling. Very very soon you will know the reality on groun

Tinubu should first help us sanitize our judiciary by investigating and relegate any IPOB sympathizer among those judges.

Nigeria judiciary had been compromised so I do not see Mr Oblivion getting a fair judgement even though he may had solid evidence

Lol since the Igbo witness said his not aware of any Clearance dem go show him the copy....

I even think say na FBI agent dem go present on the drug matter buh na one of dere clown dem dey use as witness....

For Tinubu's defense team to talk about clearance; that means Tinubu was indicted of drug trafficking.... The LP witness is a lawyer and his response sounds technical.

Sentiment and emotion aside, Obi does not seem to have a solid case if this is what he wants to go by. Another waste of time and invested emotion for people from his suporters

Exactly! Rightly or wrongly, since US gave him a clearance report, the proceedings appear to be a waste of time.

What is important is proof that BAT lost the election. If there's no solid evidence in that regard, we're better off moving on.

A complete waste of time for several reasons:

1. It was a civil case, the Constitution is talking criminal convictions.

2. More than 10 years ago. The Constitution says within 10 years ago, or currently on-going.
3. The case involved Tinubu’s account , not Tinubu as a person.
4. Money forfeited was tax money, not drug money.
5. This was a court outside Nigeria, case not registered in Nigeria.
6. US consulate says Tinubu was not involved in any crime in US.

Why is Obi wasting his time and money?
