Under the Nigerian constitution, What happens when the president of Nigeria gets a bill from the national assembly and then fails to assent or veto it within the 30 days stipulated?

the lawmakers have the power to pass a bill into law when the president fails to assent a bill within 30 days

the National Assembly can and shall override that power of the president by passing that bill into law by themselves but by passing the bill again by two-third (2/3) majority vote

It means president has withhold assent. Law maker's have three options. 1. Amend the bill to address the president demand and represent. 2. Throw the bill away. 3. Override the president by two-thirds majority, the bill will become law without president assent.
