Hello all,

The touchpad of my laptop computer is not functioning.
I have to get an external mouse plugged in to move the pointer.
This is a situation I don't really like as I need the port in which the external mouse is plugged for other functions.
For example, I have to plug in my flash drive in the port in which this external mouse is plugged in.
It's a laptop that don't have much ports.
I would like any advice on how to reactivate the touchpad of my laptop.

Average computers have up to 3 ports...is it only one you have?

get a mouse and keyboard that can work together when the dongle is plugged in, two of them work simultaneously....I recommend miniso gadgets

Average laptops has minimum of 3 USB ports. Unless it's a very old laptop. Or it's just only one port that is functioning in your laptop, the others has spoilt

The laptop PC actually have four ports.
My flashdrive and external mouse can only work in two of the ports.
The issue is that these two ports are close to each other.
This makes it impossible for me to use the flashdrive and the external mouse at the same time.
This is why I want to activate the touchpad so I can do away with the external mouse and just use only my flashdrive.
