There is sense on what you are saying.

Most of this ritual killings are carried out due to instructions given out by mostly traditionalists and agents of the queen of the coast.

Like someone said, there's no sense in what you just said. How does traditionalism relate to ritual killing and skull mining?

What do you know about traditionalist and their practice?
Do they support ritual killing, if no, then how do they address something not related to their belief? 🤷‍♂️

Regardless of what you read online, there is no place in America that can convict someone of any crime, based on voodoo. There many old laws that are still "on the books", but they have been made useless by new laws. However you can be convicted of fraud and deception. Many people engaging in fortune telling take money and influence people to commit crimes.

Rituals is stupidity and foolishness package as deception and spread out to misinform the public: rituals is falsehood and does not work; do not let anyone deceived you anymore.
