Honourable Abdulmajeed Kayode Olaosebikan alias Irede resigned his membership from Kwara chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

According to his letter dated Friday, June 2, 2023, and addressed to the PDP Chairman in Shawo South East Ward, Irede said his resignation was informed by the ceaseless and unprovoked attacks continously launch at his person by Mr. Tajudeen Alabi who is a former SA on Security to former Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed.

The letter reads: "LETTER OF MEMBERSHIP RESIGNATION

"I, OTUNBA OMOKAYODE OLAOSEBIKAN, after lot of pressure from my dear family members and friends, unfortunately and regrettably hereby resign my membership of the People Democratic Party (PDP) with immediate effect from today Friday, 2nd of June, 2023.

"This unforeseen development is due to so much unwarranted campaigns of Calumny, grand sinister conspiracy to attack and cause serious threat to my personal safety, life and that of my families from Mr. Tajudeen Alabi of Balogun Ward in Offa despite all my patience and tolerance in the face of his aggressions just to show maturity, which is now unbearable.

"(NB:-This has been documented with security agencies for record purposes and actions when necessary as expected)

"This Mr. Taju Alabi is known for his usual habits of fabricating lies against his perceived or imaginary enemies in his desperate calculations to remain supreme and act as the only alter ego to the leader Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki. His capacity for Cohesion, intimidation and act of scheming to frustrate anyone who seems to be active, bright and loyal to the Party Leadership that may affect his greeds and power permutations is legendary.

"NB: It is on record that this same Taju Alabi as fought virtually all the major Party Stakeholders in Offa, frustrated & discouraged many, chased many out of the party, due to petty jealousy and imaginary rivalries in trying to create an atmosphere of a sole administrator on all the party structures.

"NB: How many more party loyalist will Taju Alabi discourage or drive out of the party with his evil scheming, his divide and rule tactics among the party members, which are actually killing the spirit and commitments of majority party faithfuls for only him to remain relevant in the affairs of party at all levels.

"I sincerely thank my leader Dr. Bukola Saraki, party structures and members

for all the warm relationships."
