Ever since the creation of man the Devil has always been thick and thin to perish men. Humans were created in the image and likeness of God. Thus making all the Angels serve God and Humankind. Your guidance angel must be aware of your daily activities. That's there responsibility thence you must always keep it holy for them to achieve that feet..
That being said Animals seize to exit and perish or wither. That's why you can differentiate from a white hen to a Blackhen.. they are just different color and same bic.

No creature as a SOUL we are all souls!

Soul means a unique personality so we all have physical bodies that's visible that's what people see to recognize our presence but our soul is the person we are on the inside.

To illustrate imagine you have a dog named Jack and someone ran over Jack with his car then offered to buy you another dog since Jack is a dog how will you feel about the idea?

Though Jack is a dog but no matter the looks of the new dog it can never ever be a perfect replacement for Jack because Jack has become like a friend to you even though it's just an animal.

That's what soul means!

Animals do have their souls but no spirit hence when they die, the cease to exist.
Humans and Angels have both Soul and Spirit, thus even though they have a beginning, they will never cease to exist

That being said if a human trade the soul to the devil for earthly acquisition (automatically the spirit will perish afterwards the demise of the human body)
