Rubbish points

As if you don't know how porous your borders are. The only well manned borders are the ones leading to Cameroun and around the waters of Bayelsa to Cross River, for obvious reasons.

My brother, unfortunately that is the truth. Nigeria was subsidizing the 16 West African countries including Cameroon and Central African Republic.

Fuel is now 900CFA in Benin. Equivalent to #1,000..

The reason why they getting is solely cuz of smuggling. Nigerians running this smuggling are way too many. Even ordinary citizens are into it..

Benin republic for example - the smuggling have destroyed millions of their oil investors because they're not able to sell their local products. It's been like that for many many years... Now, they'll be the most happy human on earth now as with subsidy gone, they can now start making money they've been unable to make ever!

These Benin people have benefitted and well grown into the smuggling too. They purchased from Nigeria smugglers, then resell to Cameroon, Togo, Burkina Faso etc. They learnt all of these from Nigeria smugglers.

Believe me, we have no idea how many countries that are benefiting from this Nigeria subsidy!

Reason ham... Don't you think a smuggler that has access to private jet can't smuggle fuel anywhere he has business partners?

Nothing was closed, a whole community could be passed through there in broad daylight. Forget the authorities pretending to be on the borders.

Exactly, so they know what they are doing. This fraudulent removal of subsidy is just to gather the money at a fresh point and still share, it's never gonna benefit the poor masses.

Criminals are in power.

No.

It is to gather money from private Big Men and put it in the national treasury for public Big Men to share.

It’s like we are saying the same thing, but the slight variation is that the money will get to the national treasury and be shared by the Big Men we voted for, and not by the Big Men that are hiding

Question!!

As if it's today you are learning Nigeria has porous borders and corruption makes smuggling easy. Go and check the bank account of immigration workers stationed at Borders.

The point is, you can't remove subsidy without palliative readybon ground to an extent. If it was PDP that did this APC would have gathered at Ojota by now protesting.

Jonathan provided palliative despite partial removal.

World Bank gave us $800 million for palliative some months ago, where is the money.
