President:how long will it take u to make my people(d entire nation) have 24/7 electricity
Company:3/4/5yrs
President:how much?
Company:xxxx dollars/yen/pounds/euro/ or even naira
President:u'd have to sign an agreement dat if on d stipulated completion date, nothing happens,u shud b ready 4,operating licence withdrawal, xxxx yrs in prison, kirikiri etc
Company:if d president wud assure us and sign dat every external material or stuffs we wud use/need wud b provided as at wen due, den we have a deal
President:signs d relevant documents
Company:signs and work commences

If you owned a company, would you sign such a deal? Would you work for a company
that agrees to a deal putting your life on the line in case of failure? Try to think things through.

lol I get ur point, first, dat death sentence part was harsh, but cud still be an option.
second, this is nt a herculean task right? It's something dat can be done, all things being equal? Contractors get away easily because they are basically "untouchable"

It should be if the money is stolen then jail and withdrawal of license. The death penalty part is too strict. Nobody would sign that.
