Very many people face the challenge of finding constructive ways of fitting in exercise time into their very busy schedules. If you exercise at home, please post what you do and how you manage to find time to do it. Some of our suggestions are: If you are a parent, play with your kids, like bouncing balls, paying basketball etc. You'll be amazed at how much weight you can lose that way. Use the staircase in your house (if you have one). Jog up and down all the time you have to use it. If you have househelps, don't make them do all the work. You can burn serious calories by cleaning your house by yourself etc etc, please post more ideas. |

Bodyweight exercises are very good for weight loss and endurance. Exercises such as squats, lunges, squat jumps, push ups, hop scotch and jumping rope if done with proper form and technique using the adequate number of repetions and sets is highly adequate. |

my daily routine i do 600 skips in 30 mins,monday to friday 6:30 to 7am. then 30 mins sit ups. i do all my house chores u'll be amazed at the calories i burn doing these;dishes,dusting,sweeping, laundry, cooking, even scrubbing the floor on weekends, infact everything. can't really stand slow and sluggish house helps who never get it right anyway. guess i'm a neat freak. then i try to take long walks at least 3 times a week. i run on the stairs and carry groceries on both arms. (heard thats what Uma thurman does to get slim and slender arms) definately works for me. |
