During the launching of the Dangote Refinery Dangote praised Emefiele saying that he was the biggest supporter of the project He said that Emefiele had visited the site the most during construction even more than himself(Dangote). This is almost like someone building a house who frequents the construction site. If this is the case, an investigation should be carried out Dangote refinery could have been mostly funded by Nigeria's money and hence should belong to Nigerians. Dangote should have suffered a reduction in his net worth as Naira fell due to the bad CBN policies thereby affecting his ability to fund the project. However, knowing how bad the government is at running anything they should just leave it for Dangote and provide cheap refined oil to Nigerians as unintentional investors Changing the Fuel Subsidy to Investor status or Literally paying every Nigerian monthly into their bank account a form of Universal Credit from proceed of sales the like of which is done in Saudi Arabia and Qatar 1 Like |

Emefele secured his second tenure as the CBN Governor through undue favouritism to some Northern elites. His probing will surely open multiple cans of worms in Nigerian economy. |

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Like it’s that easy to steal! Steal to build a whole refinery? 🤣🤣🤣 Even if Emiefele had such, he would never be so stupid to invest such money in Nigeria knowing he could get bursted! He would have just bought good chunk of Apple shares 1 Like |

SangoOlukosoOba: Absolutely A bunch of alleged thieves who are stakeholders went for the launch. Big men who have occupied political positions in the past and others who are connected to banks and have given themselves bad loans with which they buy shares in Dangote Refinery |

akingangan: Businessmen don’t care about your source of money. If you steal your state allocation and invest in Tesla or Amazon, do you think Elon or Bezos will ask you where you got it from. Dangote does not care! 2 Likes |

If you sell your corn to a pap or flakes maker at give away price, that doesn't make you a co-owner of the pap or cornflakes he makes with it. You can only negotiate to buy the end product of the corn a little bit lower than market value. |

It is not 'could have been funded by Nigerian money ', but it is funded by Nigerian money, it is what it is.. How can a single individual build a refinery, meanwhile a whole giant of Africa can't repair an old refinery. So it's obvious the refinery was built by Nigerian government in disguise. That's why money was scarce during the construction |
