Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced secondary teachers to join our adult education program on a part-time basis. As a secondary teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive lessons, adapting curriculum materials to meet the needs of adult learners, and fostering a supportive learning environment.
Subjects to apply, mathematics, English language arts, science, and more.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver well-structured lessons in accordance with the curriculum and program guidelines.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes active participation and student engagement.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of student performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues and program coordinators to ensure effective program delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area (e.g., Mathematics, English, Science).
- N.C.E or relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching secondary school students, preferably in an adult education setting.
- Strong knowledge of the subject area and familiarity with the relevant curriculum standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with adult learners.
- Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters student growth.

Schedule and Compensation:
- Part-time position: [3× a week, 2 hours daily].
