I was registering my tuition fee through remita, after zenith bank debited me, it didn't reflect on the remita page.
I waited for about 48hrs to get an automatic reversal from them after sending them mails, but it prove abortive.
To make hay, I register for the second time.
The second one was successful.
Now the problem is, zenith bank are saying the first transaction was successful but are showing me recipe of the second transaction as evidence.
Please, how can I get a refund of my money.
The money is too much for me to lose as a student.

Go to the bank with copies of your receipt, online dialogue won't help in this case. Tell them you need your statement.

I've done this, still to no avail. I'm really traumatize. 45k is just too much.
You have any banking knowledge on how to go about this?
