1. Stop eating anything carbohydrate i.e garri, rice, yam, bread intact anything that have sugar. Buy basmati rice
2. Replace your white bread with wheat bread
3. Eat fruits not the ones with sugar ooo banana has natural sugar so no. Cucumber is good
4. Avoid some certain type of milk because they all have sugar. Kremela milk is good
Don't substitute your sugar for honey ooo
Drink your tea with just that milk, you can use Lipton
5. Buy green tea
They are numerous but you can also browse online
I am telling you this because my mom suffer from it and now she is improving very fast.
Also go to the chemist and buy the drugs because it helps too

You need to be diagnosed before you will see yourself as having sugar that leads to diabetes

In your own case, you didn't indicate that you are diabetics

Reducing sugar in the body depends on why you want to reduce it

Sugar is necessary in the body for blood and brain to perform optimally

So define what you want exactly

Remember that sugar is found in every meal we eat but little quantity

Ok. But she must have been worried about it more than you think

Taking excess sugar thing in one treat is not enough to create panic
