It means Fubara knows he's a political feather and with the many enemies Wike has created in Rivers State, he needs to be around to ward them off for Fubara's sake. The guy's lightweight with virtually no balls and experience. He needs his principal when the battle gets tough. Those enemies Wike created could frustrate him if Wike stays far.
