Today's proceedings witnessed Amazon Web Services staff and cloud engineer, Clarita Ogar testifying in Court that nothing went wrong on INEC Server on the day of the Presidential elections on February, 25th, 2023. She said that all their services across the six(6) regions were their services are hoisted have been operational without issues including the US, Africa and many more.

Those who were crying and shouting INEC'S Server was under attack and had to abandon real time uploading of results: should come and refute AWS claims.

That is what he called himself, wait for cross examination first if he will even survive it. Remember they have one good day to prepare question for him. And if server is OK for AWS end, can he defend what happened at client end and even internet connectivity issue? INEC engineers can tell you that they have to setup firewalls and other security measure to rebel attack on INEC AWS server. If AWS engineer shows data that there was no attack, INEC IT-team will tell him it is because they mount security measures from their end so that INEC AWS server will not be attack. You don't expect AWS to be attacked before INEC responded. To me, LP has no case

These are all shallow defense of the crime committed by INEC. The authoritative and most believable claim is the one by AWS. You can tell Mercedes the how best their car should operate - they all know the pros and cons of their cars. Allow AWS tell us much more how dubious INEC IS.

Where and when did she state such. And INEC isn't Partisan to begin with. This is very painful. LP Legal team is way ahead of you guys.

Stop talking like an uneducated fellow. So why didn't it affect the national assembly elections that took place concurrently?
Any competent court of jurisdiction will rely on authority(Amazon) rather than any other software engineer.
If obi's case would be thrown out, it would be based on other technicalities, not this

Maybe she is inside INEC server? That is what they would ask her, to testify that you Politicalupdate, hasn’t lost internet service whilst browsing in the last 1 year?

You are aware she is under oath representing one of the top 20 biggest company in the world. So if she is lying they will have her arrested and denounce her witness.

what does the electoral law say about real time result transmission. The court does not judge base on people's emotion.Does INEC not transmitting the result invalidate the election?

I have come to conclude that Peter obi is indeed entertaining his obedients supporters in court.

The presence of the Amazon staff will further jeopardise obi case.

Inec has one full day to prepare for cross examination.

Amazon can never be able to dictate a technical fault at clients end.

By tomorrow obi supporters will go cold after cross examination.

I dont see anything to rejoice here. Same way they rejoiced at Arise TV, AIT, Channels TV and the day HD TV was brought into the court.

But at the end nothing happened.

Till today, every sane lawyer knows obi has proven nothing in court and his time already getting over

They should explain the deliberate sabotage of the process to the Court. All lies will be thrashed out.

There's what we call cloud trail cloud watch and cloud logs. Even if a client hosts a firewall from their end against DDOS attacks or any cyber attacks, the cloud logs will reveal it. Aws can't be manipulated without a log or cloud trail

At the bolded, do you think you are talking to secondary school kids? You said there's an attack against your server, the cloud trail and cloud logs will detect it first. So, you can't assume such happened when AWS never detected such

Interest of obi is not in that of senatorial or house of rep election, he is more particular about what concerns him. Same scenerio occured, competent court will not just accept info because it is from AWS, it has to be proven beyond measured; you have to wait for the person to be crossed examined first and see if he will not turn to mumu that will even rubbish LP effort.

Document he tendered might not even be related exactly to what is expected. INEC lawyers have one day to prepare questions, I am sure they will get information from INEC IT engineers too before crossed examined him, you saw how they turned your professor to mumu with questions. AWS functioned well on election day based on your AWS expert is because INEC engineers safeguarded the AWS server to avoid attack reaching it. However, he can not prove anything outside AWS server which can also caused security challenges or internet connectivity issues or unexpected machine malfunctions. LP can't prove this, stop making yourself happy like ANAP/Bantupage report

Omo... This PO guy and his legal team are machines!

See as they caused all Agbadorians to have menstrual cramps and pains. Blood everywhere and LP has not even started

This is to show 'THINKING' NIGERIANs how Peter Obi will operate as President. Efficiency will be the bedrock of his regime. No time for frivolities.

Under PO, useless Propaganda will be smashed with FACTs.

The only people against PO are those that cheered the Taliban in Afghanistan. If you know...YOU KNOW

It's nice to occasionally visit the courts to understand better.
