Why don't you wait till he's cross examined? So that the defense council will prove that there internet connectivity issues in all the polling units of the federation when presiding officers attempting upload results sheet of the presidential election

That guy is talking nonsense

Internet was good
I was a PO and had to use my personal hotspot for the BVas but it wasn't working

Internet connectivity wasn't the issue

I was almost held hostage because results did not upload

I give it to the legal team of Pitobi at the tribunal. They are really down to details and appear to be on the top of their game. They will surely get more referrals after this case; though, there is no light at the end of the tunnel for Pitobi, I can perceive the case being lost not because Peter Obi did not win but because he ran on a faulty ticket in the first place having contested as a presidential aspirant under the PDP just few days to the PDP convention.

I think the judge will not attempt to adjudicate based on these election malpractice evidences, but on the faultiness in the emergence of Obi as the presidential candidate of Labour party. Most of the evidences are really difficult to deal with.

You still don't get it.
There was nothing wrong with the server as claimed, which proves that INEC lied.

Wait for the cross examination tomorrow. Obi has no case in court.

Even the drug abi conviction issues obi has not mentioned it.

He can not win this case.

Perhaps someone could provide an explanation regarding this matter. How do any of these factors prove that Obi won the election?

His argument seems to suggest that if the results were not uploaded to iREV, the entire election should be canceled in order for his line of reasoning to make sense. However, I am trying to understand the basis of his argument, which implies that everything went well until the uploading process, without any indication of altered results in those units. He is solely relying on the fact that the results did not upload to claim victory.

I have mentioned before that Obi, along with his lawyers and associates, is aware that he did not win, which is why he is not even attempting to demonstrate his victory and is solely focusing on the issue of iREV not functioning properly.

Nonetheless, INEC should provide a proper explanation as to why that aspect did not work.

Just listen to yourself. Are you usually this dumb or you're just being partisan? Election not being transmitted in realtime is one of the major reason they were able to rig it and announced fake results.

For example, if election results were transmitted in Rivers state, Wike wouldn't have been able to transfer Obi's votes to Tinubu. If it can't happen in Rivera, it can happen in 10 or 15 other states. You don't need to prove that you won. Proving that the whole process is flawed and not credible is enough reason to cancel the election. And Tinubu not being qualified to contest for having dual citizenship is enough to disqualify him and calling for a rerun between Obi and Atiku. But we know this is Nigeria that's not going to happen. Instead of mocking Obi and Atiku for following their case diligently, mock the Nigeria judiciary and everyone will understand

As you say, it gives room for manipulation. So why is Obi and his lawyers not trying to show that these sheets were indeed manipulated?

For the records only Rivers looks suspicious among the list you posted here.

I doubt if we both are more knowledgeable than the lawyers handling the case

Do you expect it to have glitches before? What will be the essence of security measures INEC engineers put in place to secure AWS server? INEC engineer will tell you they resist attacks against the server from their end. And can you even defend internet connectivity issues from device users? LP can't prove this, they are only wasting time. By the time the engineer is crossed examine now, he may make LP feel like mumu

Just leave them to be wasting their time.

Pls kindly check all the names of all that came to testified in the court from LP side they are all Igbo. I just dey laugh.

How will a 3rd party determine wether an application has issues on a particular day ?

Do they have access to the logs ? Can Amazon tell us what happened on the local client wether it did not even establish any connection to their network.

Can they establish that there was no connectivity issues between the device and the remote systems on the said date. ?

This is one of the cheapest BULL SHIIIT to throw away.

I kept pitying OBIDIENTS. Na swagger dey get, they are mostly illiterates.

Was iRev supposed to be used in collation?

iRev is supposed to just help those of us not in the field to follow the result as they get uploaded, it is not iRev that they use in the collation centre.

Why was the senate results and HoR results able to upload but the presidential results unable to upload
NB. all these elections held simultaneously on the same day

Exactly why INEC excuse (True or False) that they intentionally prevented the Presidential election results upload because of servers attacks will be a logical reason.

She will flop as usual same way others flopped.

Every little thing the dumb obedients brainless supporters will begin to jubilate.

Courts are bond to admit exhibits presented in court, proving it as another big deal.

The non transmission of results can never be a basis to nullify an election.

Tomorrow the talk will change
In a sane clime, it stands as basis to nullify an election, if the senatorial election was transmitted, why do they refute the presidential election to be transmitted....

Bros you're just writing beautiful nonsense.

The premise of INEC for not transmitting presidential elections electronically on that day using BVAS and IReV was that there was a glitch which compelled them to resort to manual transmission. This is what is being debunked here by the subpoenaed witness who was contracted by INEC to ensure that their systems were up and running. Miraculously on the same day, the systems were up for all the other elections except presidential. What is there to prove again?
