these are the kind of generals that can lead the army, they know what the boys are facing at the battlefront, lets's pray an hope he doesn't get distracted and compromised so that he can deliver the goods.

They might be Special Forces.

h. 72 Special Forces Battalion Makurdi – 2012 – 2013 and 2014 – 2015 –Commanding Officer.

It depends on the operation. SFs don’t wear all the gears, depending on the operation. There are videos of fire fights between combined forces of SAS and Navy SEALs dressed casually engaging Taliban.
