Dear President BAT,

Please scrap this agency and merge them with the Traffic Police Division.

Also mandate VIO never to set feet on highways harassing motorists.

They should be a unit under the Ministry of Transport and remain in their offices attending to people who have come to have road worthiness tests conducted on their vehicles. VIO has no business causing traffic and additional hardship in the morning when people are on their way to work. There are better and more modern and better ways to monitor and enforce their rules.
