I noticed some two days anytime I try to use GTBANK USSD I get the below screenshot. Today was worse the app is not even working, UNION Bank same……So this evening I dey here beer parlor gist say CBN Don blacklist some because the former CBN abi na Buhari govt don stash money inside. How true could this be, who else is having issues with his bank?
