ORDER FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE

Location: Yaba

Order Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for the confirmation of available stock with merchants,
processing work orders, and packaging orders for distribution.
The process of ensuring that all the necessary steps are taken in order to deliver the goods to the
customer. This includes packing, labeling, and arranging for a carrier to deliver the goods.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. To finalize the work orders and fill the accurate information into the database.
2. To ensure orders are accurately loaded for delivery to the delivery trucks.
3. To ensure orders are complete and to ensure there’s no damage.
4. The fulfilment associate also has to work towards improving the process using innovative
ideas.
5. Ensure that orders are not defected or damaged before shipping.
6. Liaise with the merchant to confirm stock count and product availability.

Job Requirement
1. Candidate must posses a minimum of OND.
2. Prior experience working in a warehouse, FMCG, retail store.
3. Candidate must be smart and presentable.
4. Proximity to the Island is key.
5. Must be able to use a smartphone.
6. Must be familiar with Lagos Island and its Environs.

Salary - N50,000
