Good morning prospective and ex Corp members in the house, please i need enlightenment on how i can get my sibling relocated to state of her choice using medical certificate, do I get a medical cert from a hospital in the prefered state that she is not feeling fine and all that, then what else does she need to fill while filing the form online please help guide me so I won't make them disqualify her |
