I bought it from a real estate construction company (PazinoECC) few years back and it's up for sale due to FINANCIAL CHALLENGES. Everything Genuine and my documents are VALID. It's a very good side to invest when it comes to getting a land where development and price of the land keeps going up on a monthly base due to its location in Ibeju lekki and development with infrastructures happening there (DANGOTE REFINERY, LEKKI DEEP SEA PORT, INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, ETC.
