To be honest, I see AI as a way of making things easier for we(the tech people) but on the other hand, i see it as a concerning issue, because with AI then,there would be no need of skills expert as individuals would just be able to do things themselves.

It's all repetition to be fair, but that seems like how the Nigerian market is built. Someone that knows little about everything & not in-depth knowledge. Notice she wrote among others at the end, so it is more than 19 skills.

If you tell a Nigerian employer that you know IT support, programming in 10 languages, digital marketing & graphic designing, an average employer will jump for joy to hire you quickly, then later start comparing your poor quality work to jobs done in Palo Alto after 3 months lol. Meanwhile paying you one person's salary to do 12 people's job. An HR once asked me why I am asking for this kind of salary for just "building website" that computer village boys do for 5,000 Naira. Op has said the honest truth, nobody should object him without a concrete evidence. with all the giant tech lay off , inception of more robust AI tools, global economy crises etc... more people have come into tech in 2023 than ever. Today for every 5 youth , atleast 2 are into tech which means supply is more than demand.

The grand is not so easy for the newbies except you've been in the system before 2023 , some of us are still getting gigs because we have years of decent track records and existing client with whom they've built trust with over the years but going forward , new contract and jobs has to be shared with the newbies (and trust me their influx is in thousands if not millions daily and they are good and even more proactive than the veterans)

Insummary , to make big money in tech today , you have to be top 1%, i'm not talking of html and css or javascript, i'm talking of overall system structure and behavior.
