*Anyone with a magic wand?

*Any long term measures and procedures?

*Any info/example from addicts who have quitted?

*Any medical solution?

Had to get this habit over with once and for all cos I'm the biggest loser.

°I spend loads of money on meds for detoxification.

°Its health concerns

°its a relationship risk

°People get negating views off you even before getting to meet you.

°You feel odd in a gathering of nonsmokers.

The negatives are countless.
Anyone with a working template on how to quit?

You quit by just quitting. When the harm is sufficient enough, you make up your mind to quit. However, if it's not, you run with the habit. So, reflect on the harm and make your decision.

Stop the things that makes you enjoy smoking.... E.g music, bad company, bad thought, dressing, hangout location... And more importantly, get yourself busy with another good addiction like reading, singing, football etc.... You will be fine
