Can our president participate intelligently in such conversations? **This a question plz not an abuse. I think in all of Africa, it's only Nigeria that always elects leaders that are unintelligent. I cannot imagine Buhari's input in such discussion. |

Oblitz: 100% yes, far better than other leaders self. Sebi some of una no know say protocol dey amongst the African leaders. Which position is president Tinubu holding in AU to allow him to give speech? |

Re: Global Financial Pact Summit In Paris: Africans Are Not Beggars by helinues: 7:29am On Jun 25, 2023 |
Oblitz: Same way I was impressed with President Ruto when he was Engaging with Macron and IMF boss. President Tinubu wouldn't have done more better than that. |
Re: Global Financial Pact Summit In Paris: Africans Are Not Beggars by Oblitz(m): 7:31am On Jun 25, 2023 |
helinues: I don't think our president can do up to that. even Obi may not measure up to the intellectual standards of these African presidents. |
Re: Global Financial Pact Summit In Paris: Africans Are Not Beggars by helinues: 7:32am On Jun 25, 2023 |
Oblitz: Could you now relocate to South Africa because of their president speech. I don't know why some of you people like to engage in petty gossiping |
Re: Global Financial Pact Summit In Paris: Africans Are Not Beggars by Reflect7: 8:13am On Jun 25, 2023 |
Oblitz: It’s not really about intellectual standards with regard to Nigerian leaders. They are well educated. It’s more about their ideological stance in terms of their relationship with the west. Nigerian leaders tend to be pro-western, and not as willing to publicly criticise their western ‘partners’. I’m not exactly sure why, but it’s been the case since independence, with the notable exception of the Murtala Muhammed administration. 1 Like |

Reflect7: Right. The only Nigeria president that can be said not be pro- West is late Murtala Muhammed. 1 Like |

Good to see Africans realizing their value in the Committee of Nations. Nobody will value you if you don't value yourself. |
