Are you living around Abuja and other neighboring States like Kogi, Kaduna, Nasarawa and you are interested in being part of a Community Housing Cooperative that will be leveraging on Human Capital Developmeny, Value Engineering and some other important Factors for helping their members achieve housing security without stress.
We have the vision of building 10,000 houses in the next 10-15 years for our members. The vision seems big and crazy but we believe it's Achievable. Our goal is to be a cooperative with lots of think tanks and to raise those who are not financially independent enough to become financially stable and independent with that being achieved through our plannex strategies we believe they should be able to own their own houses with the least being Studio apartments.
