I've been learning Android development for many months now and my personal app I'm working on is almost complete (70% completed)
I would like to deploy it to playstore after I'm done, it costs $25 to do this which requires purchasing Google play console
I have just 11k (which is actually my textbook money )
Is there any bank or virtual card that i can use to pay for the console at the CBN rate as i can't afford 19k based on black market rate
