Life has been hard since I graduated years ago. I have been trying to secure capital to setup something, but all to no avail. I heard about a loan that government is doing, AGSMEIS loan. I was hoping that was where my breakthrough would come, but 3 years have gone, no approval. It is even painful that they made it compulsory for loan applicants to pay 15,000 naira before they can access the loan. I paid all but no feedback.
This is definitely not the life I wished for myself. Late 30, single, empty bank account.

Sorry, so many of us are in your shoes. So many people are also younger and living conveniently and eating when they need it.

Understand that life has a way of navigation that no one truly understand. I will advise you pray more often (if you believe in prayers). It will do you better if you step out and start making friends with people. That way, you will be able to meet a helper or gain business ideas and support.

I am currently passing through the phase you are going through. The only thing is I am a bit younger.
I just wish luck shines on me. Without luck I don't even know what will happen

I think you were scammed, government will not ask you to pay a fee before you can get a loan

To get loan in Nigeria is difficult. Small businesses are suffering. I share your pain
