Hi guys. I use tecno spark 2 the issue is I can't browse with 3g on both MTN and Airtel, unless I switch to 2g Please who else is experiencing this or is it my phone? Guys pls help! |

VVVOLTS: It may be network in your area. Have you tried in different locations? |

Inside my room, house no network at all, not even one bar Beside Airtel mast, full bar of network but only 2g, once is switch to 3g, the thing blanks empty So I am wondering may be I am the only one And funny thing is it's not only mtn but both Airtel and mtn |

VVVOLTS: I have many suggestions but let's start with this: Go to settings Look for 3G Sim Select (I think they'll ask to select 3G for either sim 1 or sim 2, not both), you can browse for the step After that go to Phone app Dial *#*#4636#*#* Click Phone Information Click 'Select Preferred Network Type' Click 'GSM/WCDMA' Go back, restart phone and retry If this doesn't work, your phone's antenna might be broken 1 Like |

I noticed MTN network has gotten worser. It's everywhere. You won't be able to browse until you down clock to 2g/3g or 3g. Sometimes it uses only edge 2g 1 Like |
