Hello all , I need advise because am looking to take out a small loan and capterra NG offered me the loan . After phone discussion , I asked for email confirmation and it was sent ( didn’t seem very standardized ) . Details outlined in conversational email tone , not a template or format that denotes a formal agreement . Anyone had an experience with them pls I would appreciate the feedback. Thank you |
