Sure, she is good to go just as she said.

It is all about confidence and mind set.

I learnt driving in just one day and started driving immediately without the learners signage.

The day I learnt driving my teacher taught me how to move the car, reverse, maneuver etc.
Then he said let's enter main road for you to practice.
So as I drove on the main road, I kept showing him things, bros see that woman there,see that building there.
My teacher told me, wow for you to be able to observe all these while driving, then you are a smart learner.

As a first time driver, he expected me to be glued to the steering, looking at just one direction.

That comment he made boosted my morale and confidence.

Till date I have never had an accident , it's over 10 years now.

Just one day...

I study and learn for years... driving was so easy

Used L sign for like a week before I removed it

Note: I owned motorcycle for some years so it's not difficult for me to use highway even on second day of driving. Also, manual car uses same format as motorcycle where you need to use clutch so everything soft

One more thing, it's good to play car race game cos it helps to some extent

I learnt driving by Jss3. And started driving by SS2.
No one taught me. I will always observe and ask questions. Then during holidays I will be go front and back inside compound. Till one day our driver allowed me to drive komot.
Na so I collect slap from people above.
After that I was hiding and driving with accomplice from our driver till I reached SS3 and got my first driver's license in August 1997

I didn't learn driving properly when I got an available car about 18 years ago or so because I wasn't serious about driving then. After I drove it outside the compound to the road and back inside the compound, I lost interest with learning it at that point and told my guy(who guided me on my first driving session) "abeg make we leave this one now go do that thing wey I tell you(the thing was more important at that point). He was like "learn this thing finish na, I declined by telling him "wetin dey dia, shebi na im I drive comot and back now?"
If I buy my car, I go learn am properly, I get something wey I want make you follow me go do now"
The guy said "tho, if you say so, no wahala na"

I always have the notion that whenever you want to learn it you will learn it and also I want to learn with my own car, maybe because I saw some elderly people driving and I was like if this papa or mama can drive at that age(why can't I?) and also it will be more convenient learning with my own car.

Fast forward, I will be getting my first car soon by God's Grace, and I will master how to drive properly.

I guess one day... Driver taught me with the bus (manual), then I drove it home and switched to the car

Only accident was years later, while trying to dodge a young guy with earpiece who wasn't concentrating

😂😂 alot of funny people in hear just goes to show you why we have the traffic situ6in Nigeria, you can't take 2 days and learn driving, and by this I don't mean moving a car, a large percentage here don't even know highway code and you are calling yourself a driver keep playing, go Abroad and drive nah ,

I wasn't taught.... Had an accident d first time I drove my dad's car when he went to work... I haven't had an accident since then... Almost 11 yrs now

As na my paale teach me, it was one day I learned everything about car and driving.

Everything was just within a month. Funny enough, nobody taught me driving. I was just a smart observer. I bought my first car without proper mastery of driving but you know what, my clutch really suffered, changed it virtually every 3 days because I can be on just a gear and drive round the town 😆 until I become so perfect.

Started driving at age 12, nobody literally taught me. I just watch how gear and other things are been done while sitting at the front seat

One hour..... infact my guy wey dey use him papa car teach say o boy you done dey drive before.

Na the day whey I buy my Toyota Rav 4,na im I start to drive ...The guy no get joy at all he gimme key say make I carry am dy go my aous...no L ,na brake I use carry am reach aous.

I can't say how long it takes because na me be my own teacher, na only bicycle I learn, motorcycle and cars, na me teach myself, thanks to our understanding tenant who I first ram his car against our gate and my elder brother who's car I later used to correct my errors, fortunately for me, our tenant fix his car without complaining or asking my parents to pay a dime not because he was a tenant but because he was a guy man, a little of things happened between us and that man. If me and my friends who lived with me Waka any how and we got kicked outside, the first person we go call to open gate na him, even if we return by 2am, same with him. May God bless him, is been over 2 decades that we last meet each other

"No one thought me" gang are definitely automatic cars drivers ONLY....and for me, if you can't drive a manual car, not sure say you sabi drive (You can call me names...you all be learners )

3 days on the 4th day I loaded passengers, my greatest joy was hitting gear 5 and the first day I reversed

GTA, a cripple and a woman driver were my motivation

2 hrs coaching by my brother in 2014, I didn't drive again,boom 2021 when I got my first car after having accident,I still dey check if I remembered how to drive,boom after 10 months doctor said your bones have healed goodness me, when I came back,I wanted to starts driving but on the contrary still remember that I haven't driven since 2014 and have not even perfected,I called one of our former driver to come take me to the hospital for visitation on Sunday,boom after getting their I told him I want to drive,entered and said anything I see I take in my mind,I drive but not with confidence but after that day I continued having put learner there.
Last last I be jezborn now oooo,went for driving test last three weeks VIO ,wanted to pay for everything they said no I must drive, I vex soteeee the woman wey dey run the license come meet me say make I try, vex that I must destroy that there nonsense thing they arranged, I drove to the end, coming back I intentionally climbed one, then VIO man ,come down and see what you have done,in my mind you have refused to collect money abi, I went forth and now carefully came back bit by bit next all started hailing me ooo,I passed the nonsense test and still paid some money sha .
In all 2 hrs of put the gear,hold brake and keep your hand straight,my brother no be better teacher sha

One week (learnt manual) graduated best graduating student.

I was not taught, I learned by watching how it's done.

My first day was solid, until one useless Okada guy messed it up for me - terrible experience. I wanted to hit him and ended up hitting a "garden egg" seller. It was on a friday and at a busy junction. We took the victim to the hospital, spent a lot of money and police arrested me and we sorted things out.

I heard a lot of talks because it was my brother's car...not mine. So, I won't drive people's car again until I buy my own. To God be the glory.

When I resumed driving, it was on a manual Golf 3. If you drive that motor successfully, you're an expert driver. Na here dem really show me driving. From this, back to automatic transmission was like a joke and play.
