But I think after some years of separation, divorce becomes automatic.

to remarry, he has to first divorce the old wife OR go to court to disolve the marriage due to malicious desertion of the marital home.

The man should reasonably seek official divorce from said woman before proceeding. undecided

Your wife deserted you

Did you quarrel with her

Have you informed her family or you kept quiet

Did you inform your family or you kept quiet

Have you mad an attempt to look for her or make a police report that she just left your home just like that, or you don't care about police report

Well if you are tired of waiting, go to her family, with your family to inform them that your are no longer interested in the marriage and they should pass the message to her

Then listen to what they will say
