The results of he election in 2019 was APC 15.1m. PDP 11.2m. In 2023 it was APC 8.7m, PDP 14.5m. PDP won and APC lost, the problem is PDP split up into factions so the 14.5 m was not aggregated in one party but 3 separate parties of 6.9m, 6.1m. And 1.5m non of which was large enough to catch APC despite them losing over 6M votes.
