The first rejection I got from a girl i had crushed on practically broke my self-confident... After that incidence, I became greatly scared of rejection. But everything changed when I came to a realization.

Back in the days, when a man need a wife, he simply go and talk to the father of the woman he wished to marry. Most times, the woman isn't even aware of this man existence.

If the father like the man, he would come to an arrangement and his daughter would be given to the man as his wife. Basically, she had no say in the matter. As a result, men suffer less rejection from women.

This days, it doesn't work that way because the woman now has say in the man she want to marry. Since she has a say, she now have specific traits she wants in a man. Of course, she's gonna reject the men that doesn't have the traits.

The Young man suffer more romantic/sexual rejections from women because he's the one doing the asking out and making the moves.

When he finally gets married and settles down, he assumed he's free from the rejection because he's now to entitles to getting sex from his wife.... But to his total dismay, after a while he starts getting sexual rejections from his wife. Yes, many men are in a sexless marriage.

It all comes down to pedestalization of a woman's pussy. How you view a woman's sexual companionship will always affect how you view rejection. If you attached great significance to a woman's pussy, you will naturally struggle with rejection.

This is the root cause of most "nice guy" behaviour. The guy seek to remove every possiblity of rejection by ass licking her, giving her cash gifts and excessively complimenting her and so on.

Simply telling you to "face your fears" isn't really a good advice.

They say "they more you get rejected the less scared you will be."

But for many guys, its kind of the opposite...because with each romantic rejection from women, your self-esteem actually goes even lower. Your depression gets worse after each rejection.

Basically, getting more rejected doesn't make you less scared of rejection.

It makes you feel worse about yourself.

In my opinion, the most effective way to stop fearing rejection from women is to start fearing something else.

When you're younger, you are crippled by rejection, so you try to run away from every possiblity of rejection.. But when you get older you miss out on a lot of things, then you become crippled by the feeling of regrets because of those times you didn't do the things you really wanted to do because you were trying to avoid the possiblity of rejection.

Fear of regrets is worse than fear of rejections. To be frank. The feeling of Regret hurt me more than the feeling of rejection. It's better I try and fail than regret not trying.

This is why I often go towards the possibility of rejections. I rather get rejection... I hate thinking, "what if" or "I wished I knew"

But, wait...

There's something I fear more than regret or rejection...

You know what's worst than rejection?

It's being unknown.

The most important step to success is being known.

This is why businesses market and advertise their products or services. They advertise because they want to be known. It doesn't matter if you buy from them immediately or not; what matter is that you know they exist.

Even if you don't buy now; as long as you are aware of their existence, you can probably buy later if you are in need of the product.

When a woman feel something for you, she'll be inspired to go into a sexual/relationship with you. If she doesn't know you, there's nothing to feel about you.

Untill you actually tried to get with her, you obviously don't exist to her.
Being unknown is the very definition of failure.

This is why if you desire anything from anyone, you have to let it known. Don't hide it. It's better you get rejected than letting your interest unknown.

If you want your boss to raise your pay, you have to let him know.

If you're not comfortable with how your friend treated you the other day, you have to let him/her know.

If you have interest in a lady, you have to let her know.

You won't be rejected if you don’t ask her out; of course, you also never gets a date because you are unknown to her.


Rejection is not your enemy. Being unknown is your true #1 enemy.
