I have been scammed twice by this loan, please lawyers in the house.

How can I get justice.

The loan app is called EASY CASH.

They sent "congrations" to me, claiming that I won 17000 loan to pay 18000, but when I clicked the loan link, they sent 10,000 to my account and said I would pay N17000 in just 5 days gap or they forward my name to a loan recovery agency.

Please what business can I do with 10000 to repay 17000 in a space of 1week.

See the snapshots I got from the loan app to confirm what am saying

From the second picture, you will see their low interest rate that they use to decieve people but when you apply for the loan, they send a small amount of money to your account and force you to repay with about 100% interest rate.

Don't pay the money, heaven will fall, the list they they will do is to send message to all you contact, and if any of your contact call you to ask why you borrowed the money, tell the person to give you the money to pay back.

EFCC loves cases with large sum, cars, assets and similar. EFCC would not focus on N5K, 50K, 200K when the likes and targets of 10 million, 40 million, 75K USD etc are in front of them. There are smaller units and bodies for cases like loan sharks, however they have issued warnings and advice. Likely they would give tips to victims than spending more trying to look for loan sharks. Some of the loan sharks are "Yahoo boys" that want their stolen funds, seem legit by getting transactions via victims.
