Call apple. There's an issue with your account and only calling Apple will fix it. Some people will want to charge you for the service, but Apple will do it for free

Call this number. Maybe recharge about 2,000 Naira on your data SIM and call from it. It shouldn't take more than a 15 minutes call, and they'll fix it.

I'm having almost same issue. Na ignorance and good deed kill me. I log in my icloud on a friend's phone just to help him out,now I cannot do anything on my app store without referring to a strange number I don't know. I asked the guy and he said it's not his number. Pls help sir/ma
