Dsimmer: The nerves of it all. Arrab People who have brought nothing innovative to the world except uselessness! People that worship useless black stones and moon while causing terrorism, blood shed in the world, African slave trade, eroding one's identity and culture, as well as as occupying indigenous people's land and all sorts of atrocities yet same useless foreign religion having the nerves to threaten indigenous people's religion? The nerves! |

Any useless dumb Ilorin man that doesn't know he or she is Yoruba and African first before any useless stupid religion should better not do any gumbody with other Yorubas. Ilorin aren't useful to the Yorubas to begin with. |
Re: Why We Cancelled Yoruba Cultural Ceremony, Isese Festival – Emir Of Ilorin by Dsimmer: 9:08am On Jul 10, 2023 |
Dsimmer: One reason I advocated for banning of all religion, even as I already stated above was because if one look at all the technological innovation and development happening in the world, most of them are atheists who don't practice any religion. They think outside of the box because they're not limited by any religion. So if you say all religions which includes the foreign religion and traditional religion should be banned, I wouldn't have problem with it but to have one useless dumb toxic foreign terrorist arrab religion threatening an indigenous people's religion? The nerves! Useless toxic foreign Arrab terrorist religion that has brought nothing useful to the world apart from terrorism, blood shed, eroding one's identity/culture and all sorts of atrocities |

Dsimmer:Who gives a damn about your Yoruba Proverbs and metaphors. Every language has a translation of all those proverbs you stated. Don't you watch Indian films? They have proverbs that are very similar to your Yoruba Proverbs too. Yoruba doesn't have Monopoly of proverbs. Even Yoruba Proverbs are very few and superficial compared to some cultures. Can Yorubas compete with the Chinese languages,Indian Sanskrit and other languages in India when it comes to wordplays and wise sayings? No. You would be surprised to learn that many of your Yoruba Proverbs may have been borrowed from other tribes, through trading and expeditions, etc, could be neighbouring African tribes or tribes that are very far. How did Yoruba get the proverb "If the mountain doesn't come to Muhammad,Muhammad would go to the mountain" Yorubas also say "Bi oke ko ba lo ba Muhammadu,Muhammadu a lo ba oke" . Do you think it's a mere coincidence or don't you know that our Yoruba ancestors stole that proverb from English and translated it to Yoruba"? Because English is way more dominant and got the infos about Prophet Muhammad ﷺ way before Yorubas. Proverbs or whatever,I prefer the words of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ,his wise sayings far far supercedes that of your Yoruba ancestora that would say "Isale oroo legbin" and make you believe you must deep your hands into something illegal to be rich. Yoruba Proverbs change like chameleon, most of them can't be applied to our lives in this day and age,but everything Prophet Muhammad or Allah told us will always be relevant even to our unborn babies. Don't get me wrong,I love my Yoruba tribe because Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said we should love our tribe but I have to call a spade a spade. Our ancestors were so smart but don't over ever estimate them. There are thousands of tribes in the world with very smart ancestors too and you probably haven't explored beyond Yoruba and English language and culture. |

When did Allah become the human beings that are enslaving you in Ilorin or where you are from? God enslaves nobody, you are slaves to humans like you because you are cowards with no self-worth. iamrealdeji: |

optionalY09: The last time I checked, Fulani people are the kings ruling Ilorin, not Yoruba people. Ilorin or Kwara is not a Yoruba state anymore. It now belongs to Fulani. They own it now and the Yoruba in the state are slaves or servants for them. Because they have been conquered. I'm a Yoruba guy but truth be told, if Igbo or other tribes had done this, the whole internet and Nigeria would have gone up in flames by now. But it's Fulani, see the way Yoruba kings and people are so silent. They really fear the Fulani people, I just realized |

iamrealdeji: I can't even bother myself with the useless incomprehensible bullshit you wrote. There's nothing like the useless proverb you mentioned in Yoruba. Yoruba proverbs are all about personification. People's names aren't supposed to be there. That was exactly what I was talking about. Adulterating our culture with useless foreign terrorist Arrab shit! The nerves! You dey craze? The correct phrase is "bi oke o ba wa, a lo ba oke". People's names aren't supposed to be there. The proverb means if you need something urgently from someone who promised to give you something and the person isn't forthcoming, then you go meet the person because the said person could have been busy with other stuff or may have been stalled by something, so go meet the person. The other proverb "isale oro legbin" is a proverb which advises contentment instead of being envious of one's neighbor's wealth when you don't even know how he got it. What if he got it through shameful arm robbery and all? So what if you embarked on the same useless ignominious arm robbery route, got caught and got killed? Hence, the need to be content at all times. That's what the proverb is all about. If you don't know anything, just keep shut! How would you even know anything when it's dumb foreign terrorist Arrab shit that fill your skull? Who gives a damn about the useless pedophilic terrorist Mohammad who contributed nothing apart from terrorism, blood shed, dumbness and black magic? You dey craze? E no go better for that useless thieving land grabbing evil Arrab terrorist Mohammad! Yoruba won't lose their beautiful suave African culture for useless foreign arrab terrorist shit! Yoruba culture ain't terrorism, dumbness, thieving, land grabbing and all sorts of atrocities like the useless Mohammad was known for. 1 Like |
