you know some people here use cars for a while then selling it though I have heard that driving a car that isn't registered after 6 months would be disturbed by police unlike the one that is duly registered but some people would use theirs and not register it so it won't be devalued by interested buyers. Like Abuja now, some people sell used but not registered more than lagos.
